The home originally sat at 14 ft. above sea level. After lifting in compliance with the current elevation certificate, 1225 Ocean Ave sits at 24 ft. above sea level.
 

Now that the Winschuh home has been raised, EHM will install Magnum Helical Piles (helical anchors, screw piles) to adequately support the home. These pilings will be installed to the designed load bearing capacity. Pilings will be placed in accordance with engineered drawings.
